We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He said he needed time apart and did not wish to tell her where he was going. He took a large quantity of money out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a brand new location to live.
While waiting for her husband to return their relationship began to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less dollars into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may possibly have one more woman as a comparable factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her inside the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name as well as the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We had been able to present our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she said that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had probably been getting an affair with this woman for a lot of years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
